The Meadows at
Historic Castle Rock

The Meadows at Historic Castle Rock™ is a 4,000 acre master planned community in the Town of Castle Rock, Colorado. The Community is set against the backdrop of natural ridges, high prairie land and the Rocky Mountains and offers a blend of nature’s most popular assets, including more than 1,100 acres of public land dedication and open space, including parks, trails, schools and other community facilities. The Meadows currently has 28 completed neighborhoods and three neighborhoods under construction. In addition to conventional single-family, multi-family, and townhouse neighborhoods, The Meadows includes a nearly 300-acre mixed use area under development  for residential, retail and office spaces, and an additional 345 acres of traditional commercial, office and industrial zoned property. The current zoning for The Meadows allows for the development of over 10,800 dwelling units.

ANB Bank worked with Open Studio Architecture, LLC and Bryan Construction on this project. The full-service Banking Center offers a full line of banking services to meet South Denver’s personal and business banking needs.

 

 

Meadows Self Storage
Castle Rock, CO

Meadows Self Storage is a facility with a variety of features and amenities. All our storage units are climate controlled and drive-up accessible. The facility accommodates RVs, boats, and other auto vehicles and features wide drive aisles to make maneuvering your vehicle through the property, much easier. The entire storage facility is protected by 24/7 video recording and an electronic access gate that is only accessible by current tenants with a unique PIN code.

 

 

Cherry Creek North Redevelopment
Denver, CO

The Cherry Creek North Redevelopment is located in Denver’s premier shopping district which includes highly visible retail, a newly renovated first class office building as well as a 27 unit residential property.   The project completely transformed the garage to a desirable retail destination with 430 usable full size parking spaces.  During construction the garage was fully operational, and Alder retained all tenants in the office tower. The redevelopment resulted in a beautiful, modern property with 133,000SF of office tower and 26,000SF of the best retail in Cherry Creek.
